Premium round steel chains for conveyors, lifting
Surrey, Canada - Can-Am Chains is now North American supplier of RUD Ketten premium quality round steel chains for horizontal, vertical and elevating applications.
Intended applications include belt bucket elevators, chain conveyors and spare parts; motor and manually driven hoist chains; chain drives for moving, lifting, rotating and telescoping; ECO-DOS dosing systems for biogas plants (100 percent manure and long grass); scraper chain conveyors, ash removal equipment and tool movers (a rotating turnover device/turntable for up to 64 ton loads).
RUD also equips bucket and trough chain conveyors with specialty conveyor and round steel chains along with their matching components, such as the new innovative RUca and System 65 bucket attachments. RUD bucket elevator attachments are more and more frequently replacing the wellknown DIN system.
Chain shackle breaking (typical of the previously used DIN system) is a thing of the past as using round steel chains increases tool service life as much as 30 percent in the wood fibre, cement, lime and gypsum industries.
